The Tale of an Eagle

There was once a great Eagle whose Power and Grace was Supreme,

The Eagle was Young and full of Vigor,

The Eagle Soared to Great Height and Carried with Her the Talons of War,

And yet so Strong and Mighty,  She valued the Dignity of Freedom.

The Eagle graced the land and sky, ever watchful,

For Hers was the Great Expanse of the Land, Ever watchful of Her Brood,

Protecting those in need.

Her Nature Rare, Reborn of Man with Pride, Strength, and Wisdom.

The Eagle was Endowed with exceptional sight, and Power,

The Eagle was not alone in Nature for She was but a single Creature

among the many.

The Birth of the Eagle was given to Liberty and Reformation, to See, to Soar above the

trivial,

The Eagle has flaws and infirmities for as in any creature the defects are manifested in

the Nature of Creation.

The Eagle serving proudly, magnificently has fought the ravages of time,

The Creators have moved on, Heritage, once Proud lives on,

Manipulated, forever Changed,

Wisdom, Enlightenment, and Rebirth lost to the Vices of the Brood.

The Vestiges of Time have eroded the Power and Grace of the Eagle.

Her Strength Sapped but not lost, Respite in need, Creators brood runs wild,

Her Body bruised and battered, scarred over time must Heal before the Soul shall Peal

Of  Her Demise.

The Eagles Brood tho’ Callous, Spoiled, Vain and always Jealous provokes Her Will,

And with that Will, the Eagle will Soar again, But not across a Great Expanse,

But over A Republic.
